Is it necessary to create an account to purchase?

No, it is not mandatory, you can buy without having an account. We want to make the purchase process as easy and simple as possible for our customers.

Can I choose the colour of the frame?

No, the available color for each frame is listed on the product page.

What kind of paper quality do you use?

180 gr  FSC Certified photo paper.

Can I order a frame in a custom size or design?

We only offer the shown sizes in each product.

How do I hang a frame?

All our products have a high quality hanging system included.

Can I buy only the print?

No, we don't sell prints only, we sell complete products.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping for all types of items?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all types of items.

Is shipping available worldwide?

No, shipping is only available in the Netherlands.

What is the delivery time?

Depending on the kind of products, the quantity and the shipping destination, orders should be expected between 2 to 4 working days after purchase.

What happens if I don't receive my order in time?

If your order is delayed, please reach out to us at support@studiocaba.nl

Do I get a track & trace code?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with track & trace codes from orders@studiocaba.nl

Which carriers do you use?

We ship our products with DPD.

Return & Exchange

Can I return my order?

If you change your mind, we offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs).

Do I have to pay for returning my order?

You only have to pay the shipping cost. Rate: € 5 per item.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, you need to contact us at support@studiocaba.nl. We will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions.

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Important! Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs must be paid by you).

How and when do I get a refund for my return?

As soon as we receive and register your return, we will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order and send you a confirmation. Remember that the items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective box.

Can I exchange an item?

You can follow our return instructions and then you simply place a new order. In this way, you will receive the wanted item in the fastest way possible. As soon as we receive your return, you will be refunded and receive a confirmation.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your package has arrived damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

An item is missing from my order. How do I get it?

What kind of payment is accepted?

We accept payment with IDEAL, Klarna, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard

When do I pay?

All invoices have to be settled within 30 days net.

What happens if I enter wrong information?

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you don't receive an order confirmation within 1 working day please send us an email to support@studiocaba.nl 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier information and a tracking number. You can track your order in the carrier’s portal by entering your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have time to cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. 

In that case, you should send us an email to support@studiocaba.nl asking for the cancellation.

Can I make changes to my order after submitting?

No, it is not possible. You can cancel your order and then make your purchase again.
